Began clinical work in aesthetic surgery in 1984. Graduated from the First Military Medical University of the Chinese People's Liberation Army and received three Third-Class Military Science and Technology Progress Awards. Participated in drafting China's first regulation for the medical aesthetics industry: Ministry of Health Order No. 19, the Measures for the Administration of Medical Aesthetic Services. Published China's first popular science article on botulinum toxin in medical aesthetics and was therefore listed by Baidu among the “Top Ten Figures Influencing China's Medical Aesthetics in the Contemporary Era”. Over the past 36 years of practice, has performed surgery for nearly 10,000 aesthetic patients.
